SaskEnergy Hiring for Customer Service Representative I at Prince Albert, SK Full Time
SaskEnergy is seeking Customer Service Representative’s (CSR). As a CSR you will support customer inquiries by providing customer account administration regarding billing, payments and other service requests.
Successful candidates will have the ability to multi-task well, provide sound judgment in daily decision making and utilize a customer focused approach to handling challenging customer interactions.
This position is permanent part-time and works approximately 3 days per week in a fast- paced call centre environment (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:47 pm).
Upon hire you will be required to successfully complete an internal Customer Service training program (approximately 8 weeks).
Position Details

This position is a permanent part time union role.
Qualified Applicants Will Possess
-
Grade 12 or equivalent.

Fast and accurate keyboarding/data entry skills of 45 wpm.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

One (1) year experience in an office and/or customer service environment utilizing computer information systems and software in Microsoft Suite.
NOTE: As part of the selection process qualified candidates may be assessed on a call centre simulation and typing speed.
Additional Information

Infrequent travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters may be required.

Hourly Rate Range
$26.75 ($4,068.68) – $29.56 ($4,496.08)
