What you’ll learn:
The Talent acquisition is responsible for the overall success of recruitment at SAS and across countries in EMEA. This includes searches for top talent, advertising and branding open positions across the talent market, conducting phone interviews and providing hiring managers with a short list of highly qualified candidates. We look to you to guide and partner with various stakeholders across the organisation and build a recruiting culture within SAS.
As intern you’ll have the possibility to work (in collaboration with the senior TA) to a complex recruiting process across Emea and to learn the most innovative tecniques on recruiting in analytics domain.
You will collaborate on:
- Full life cycle recruiting across various business groups
- Driving recruiting initiatives and recruiting events to attract top talent.
- Reaching candidates through multiple, innovative sourcing channels.
- Providing outstanding experience to candidates whilst promoting the company’s brand and image.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers by providing a gold standard service.
- Working seamlessly with a cohesive and well knitted team.
- Maintaining the recruitment application tracking system (ATS) accurately and other reporting systems as required.
- Remaining updated on emerging technology changes within and outside of SAS.
What we’re looking for
- New Graduates in HR, Economic or Psichology faculties.
- basic knowledge and understanding of the technology space and various streams within IT.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people skills and able to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong time management, attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- Ability to handle high volume and deliver results.
- Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
