ABOUT THE POSITION:

SAS is seeking a part-time Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper to work part-time (16-20 hours) on site in our Warrington office.

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with a bookkeeping background
• Understanding of Accounting Principles and Procedures
• Professional, analytical thinker who can work autonomously as well as with a team
• Experience in bookkeeping for a professional services company with hourly and fixed rates
• Proficient in Bill.com, CORE and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-starter and motivated to succeed
• Thrives in a hardworking yet friendly and positive work environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage accounts payable and receivables
• Reconciliation of accounts on weekly basis
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local tax reporting requirements
• Maintain records of financial transactions through verifying and posting
• Monitor variances from projected budgets
• Provide detailed financial reports
• Payroll Timecard Processing
• Assist in establishing and overseeing short-term & long-term financial goals
• Perform other assignments as assigned by the Executive Team
