Your role will be to deliver the full life cycle of recruitment solutions to achieve business and recruitment objectives. You will be engaging with the business and proactively partnering with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. You could be coming from an agency or with in-house experience. Either way, you will get a lot of training and support within our team.
You will be mainly home based, with the requirement to come to our site in Royston |near Cambridge| regularly.
What you will accomplish together with us:
Managing a portfolio of positions across the UK and Ireland
Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners internationally
Managing a whole recruitment process, from a newly approved position to the offer stage
Implementing a direct sourcing recruitment approach
Assessing appropriate talent acquisition solutions according to the need, for example social sourcing, talent pooling etc.
Effectively managing and developing collaboration in a team of recruitment, branding and system specialists
Working towards KPI’s to measure efficiency
What will convince us:
A degree level qualification or similar is desirable
Some recruitment experience in either agency or in-house environment
Ideally, experience in handling general and specialist roles across different departments
Some knowledge of recruitment trends, tools and best practice
Strong team player and capable of working independently
High level of stakeholder management
Driven with strong communication skills
