Experienced, Back End Developer

• .net experience in API design, security and interfacing 3rd party APIs
• Experience of GoLang for API creation/ consuming
• Experience of node based server frameworks
• JSON/gRPC for API design
• Docker containerisation
• Linux administration
• GraphQL server provision, security and configuration
• PostgreSQL database administration and architecture
• NGINX and web server administration
• MQTT server and/or PubSub experience
• AWS and server provisioning set up, general Cloud experience
• Experience of scaling if and when any of the projects start to generate Big Data and traffic/throughput becomes an issue

The role is hybrid, and therefore there will be times you can work from home and there will be times you are needed in the office.

You will need to be confident and experienced. Ideally degree educated but its about your experience and skills, not about your ability to study and pass exams. This is about you knowing your stuff, and being able to perform the tasks needed.

Honestly, this is a role for someone that wants something more than the day to day slog of maintenance. Our projects are exciting and cover a spectrum of your experience.

We are based in between Beverley and Woodmansey, East Yorkshire.

We offer 30 days holiday per annum (inclusive of 8 Bank holidays)
