YOUR FUTURE ROLE
As the EMEA North Talent Attraction Manager (f/m/d) you will inspire and lead a talented team of Talent Attraction Partners dedicated to networking, sourcing and attracting the very best and most diverse top talent both internally and externally. The primary focus of the team is aligned to all corporate board areas (non tech). You will participate and become a key member of the regional EMEA Talent Attraction leadership team.
In this role located in any of our EMEA North locations, you will be an expert in the talent market economies, diversity & inclusion, competitive hiring practices and will use this information to shape hiring managers’ and executives’ strategy on hiring best talent.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The EMEA North Talent Attraction team supports the recruiting for all non technology / development oriented roles such as Sales, Consulting, Marketing, OCEO, and Corporate Functions. As such we are working closely and cooperating with all teams within SAP as well as with the candidates in the internal and external market who are covering / working in these areas. We are spearheading the recruiting for all the roles that support SAP in maintaining and further establishing the position as the market leader in enterprise application software.
