JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY
The Marketing Program Architect (MPA) builds and deploys customer journeys within SAP’s marketing automation infrastructure, based on Marketo. The MPA translates business requirements into technical design, and provides guidance to the rest of the team to deliver and build omnichannel nurture programs. This is a global, fully remote role within the Campaign Services function of Corporate Marketing.
In this role, Marketing Program Architects are strategic partners to Nurture Leads. While the Nurture Leads are the experts of email content and audience strategy, MPAs are the experts at implementing this content and strategy into functional Marketo programs, and owning the “how” of marketing automation and execution. All programs require a strong collaboration between the two parties, co-owning the design, build, execution, and performance optimization of the campaigns.
