What you can expect

A HR placement with SAP will give you the opportunity to gain real world HR experience in a fast passed and dynamic team. In this role you will become an integral part of our UK HR department with the opportunity to get involved and support a wide variety of HR related projects and tasks.

Talent Attraction

As a Talent Attraction Associate, you will have the opportunity to support the UK Talent Attraction team on a variety of recruitment related projects including our early talent programmes and UK placement programme.

Talent Intelligence

As a Talent Intelligence Associate, you will join the EMEA team supporting Talent Intelligence Consultants on project work including specific market unit diversity initiatives. You will have the opportunity to conduct talent research and basic external data analysis, seeking patterns and anomalies. You will also have the opportunity to support ad-hoc projects.

Human Resource

As a Human Resource Associate, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and assist in the reviewing, amending and implementing of HR policies and procedures. You will gain proficient skills in HR systems and reporting skills and get exposure to business areas across multiple functions in SAP. You will also be involved in various HR projects.
