[Early Talent/Graduate] Platform Engineer – Digital Content (f/m/d)

We are looking for a creative engineer to build digital content across various communications channels to enable easier adoption of our developer tools and services and increase engagement with our development teams. In addition, the ideal candidate would help automate the support process and build a knowledge library by leveraging existing technical solutions, including AI-driven chatbots, Slack workflows, and knowledge websites like Stack Overflow.

What you will do

Working for our SAP Concur Platform Engineering organization as a Platform Engineer – Digital Content (f/m/d) means joining an extraordinary and skilled DevOps team. Our team creates and maintains various developer tools, workflows, and cloud/datacentre infrastructure to allow our development teams to ship code to production efficiently and reliably. As we continue to scale our platform offerings, we ought to evolve how we support our users. We are looking to provide our development teams with a digital, self-service and community-driven platform to leverage the developer tools efficiently to deliver value to our SAP Concur end users.

What you will bring

We are looking for a service-orientated problem solver to develop new and exciting concepts.

You need to be creative, have an eye for clear written communication, and enjoy providing structure. You may have a background or a degree in digital design, storyboarding, etc. You will comprehend how to create content libraries and how to distribute them. Work experience or understanding of IaaS (Infrastructure as a service), PaaS (Platform as Service) and SaaS (Software as a service) cloud service models and their responsibility for managing the application and associated data are a plus.
