We are seeking an administrative assistant who has just the right balance of office skills and a real knack for great customer service. You will help direct the day-to-day property management operations for one of our manufactured home communities. You will also learn to generate new revenue through sales and leasing of our homes. If you like the idea of helping to build and maintain a community you can take pride in and you are interested in a career in property management, we want to speak with you!
Please note this is a non-commissioned position. Pay is hourly + bonus. 2 Saturdays a month are required.
· High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business, a plus
· Prior sales and leasing experience
· General knowledge of repair and maintenance duties
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law
· Computer proficiency, including the internet and Microsoft Office Suite; experience using Rent Manager, preferred
· Flexibility to respond to community needs during non-business hours
Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. 2 Saturdays per month are required (10:00 am to 2:00 pm). Starting pay is $16-17 per hour with quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance. Other benefits include 401K with employer contributions and medical/dental insurance.
