Position: Customer Service Representative

You will support the business in achieving our service goals while providing a customer-first experience. Role and Responsibilities:

• Implementing sales strategies and understanding of customer service
• Having thorough product knowledge
• Upselling according to customer’s wants/needs
• Reporting any broken/damaged, stolen or inaccurate inventory
• Restocking and organizing products as necessary
• Bi-weekly inventory count
• Cleanliness and organization
• Organization of inventory and storage areas
• Following dress code
• Time management Customer service

Qualifications:

• Past retail sales and customer service experience is an asset
• Exemplary penmanship or artistic ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Other

• Flexible to workday, evening and weekend shifts, based on business needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Salary: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
