The difference you’ll make.

• Liaising with all our COO colleagues and beyond

• Designing processes directly with delivery teams

• Driving out synergies in tools and processes

• Reviewing processes so that they align to the strategies of the bank

• Documenting and publishing attractive materials

• Communicating and advocating towards more agile ways of working

What you’ll bring.

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence

• Experience creating practical, workable processes aligned to digital principles

• Understanding of how processes, beyond IT delivery, can boost diversity and inclusion of our customers and employees

• Broad knowledge of the IT landscape, starting on the customer, to articulate processes that covers every different technical and non-technical angle

• Experience working in an agile team environment

• Strong organisation and planning skills to manage multiple activities so that promises are delivered

It would also be nice for you to have.

• Have strong communication skills to deliver clear solutions to both senior and to junior colleagues

• Have a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude with a strong sense of initiative with the ability to learn fast and deal calmly with situations under pressure

• Experience providing support to colleagues in functional areas where colleagues are not experts

• Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience

What else you need to know.

The team is working on remote / from home, with occasional team days required in office (up to a day a month).

Workplaces in our head office in Milton Keynes can be used “as a service”, as much as desired.

Secondment post for 12 months.
