Join Sanofi as the Global Employer Brand Lead, Digital Channels & Insights. We’re seeking an innovative leader to oversee and shape our employer brand digital channels to ensure we are offering a best-in-class candidate experience across all touchpoints.
This role s into the Global Head of Employer Brand.
We’re currently in the process of developing a new global careers site with an imminent launch in Q2 FY24. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact throughout the final stages of the implementation for both internal Sanofians, as well as platform and content vendors.
This will involve overseeing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are meeting expectations, drive candidate experience strategy / Sanofi employer brand integrity and manage regional / market level needs to ensure an on-time launch.
Post-launch you will continue to serve as the primary point of contact, focusing on overall governance and training requirements.
You’ll ensure continued phases are executed against as per project plans, maintain global website strategy and ensure ongoing updates and enhancements are met – including items such as Olympic (Paris 24) activation, phased roll out for local market pages, ongoing content updates, translations, and more.
You’ll also be a key player in driving our new global CRM RFP, from selection, implementation and the ongoing management of the employer branding / communication elements of the platform.
During selection you’ll be responsible for providing feedback, scoring and ensuring employer brand requirements are met and supporting our talent ops team in ensuring proper integrations with the careers website.
Post launch, you’ll partner with the broader EB and TA teams to develop a global CRM strategy for ongoing communications at both global and local levels.
While the career website and CRM are a large focus, monitoring data / analytics and performance on these channels will be key.
You’ll work with the wider Employer Branding team to build an EB dashboard, proving ROI, tracking performance and key insights from different channels – adjusting strategy as needed to ensure KPIs are being met.
You’ll also partner with our Employer Brand Content Manager to oversee Glassdoor / Indeed, LinkedIn Life pages and other channels to ensure the employer brand strategy and storytelling is consistent and driving traffic to the global career website.
It is highly preferred that this position be based in Barcelona, Spain or United States, Remote.
Primary point of contact with platform / content vendors for the build / implementation and launch and ongoing management of our global careers site.
Drive candidate experience strategy tied to larger employer brand strategy, ensuring timeline is followed, managing communications / project statuses, global and local market expectations and more.
Lead post launch strategy and plan to ensure sustainability and continuous engagement of the global career website including continued phased work, roll out of local market pages, continued translations and more.
Align with talent ops team to ensure integration with Workday is optimized, enhancing job descriptions and ensuring employer brand strategy and candidate experience is seamless between the two platforms.
Align with our corporate digital team to ensure content / UX alignment and traffic management of candidates, and partner closely with Talent Operations, Corporate Communications / Corporate digital teams and the broader Global Employer Brand Community.
Work with the relevant stakeholders to generate analytics for the career site performance and develop an EB dashboard pulling in key insights and data from different platforms / channels and measuring performance against our KPIs.
Collaborate with EB / comms teams to plan and develop ongoing site content, style, and layout and work with internal and external partners to help develop and publish content for global and local pages.
Work with digital / UX to optimize content where relevant according to SEO and partner with comms / EB to manage content distribution to digital channels to increase web traffic.
Ensure compliance and law (privacy, copywriter, photography, data protection)
Stay up to date with development and generate new ideas and innovation to draw candidates to our career site.
Create and maintain global employer brand CRM strategy and support in local market execution.
Oversee LinkedIn life pages, Glassdoor / Indeed and other platforms, ensuring the candidate experience is consistent and driving traffic to the career website in a strategic manner.
About you
You’ll have strong communication skills and experience working in a global, collaborative and cross-functional environment.
You’ll be familiar with agile project management practices, well versed in candidate experience design and employer branding, and have in-depth knowledge of the career website and CRM space through the lens of the job seeker as well as the technical aspects.
The role is ideal for someone who wants to take the lead and drive strategic direction for the job seeker on our owned employer brand channels.
BA / BS in marketing / advertising, journalism or equivalent experience
Solid experience producing content for web, as well channel specific knowledge (e.g., career website ecosystems, CRM, content management systems, blogs and dynamic content.)
In-depth knowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition and understanding of the importance of creating exceptional candidate experiences
Experience with CMS systems and content optimization
Excellent written and communication skills.
Solid experience in project management and influencing a wider range of stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
Broader knowledge of EB / TA insight and metrics to measure impact and progress on our journey to become the go-to employer in bio-pharma.
