The Role:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Skincare Education Manager to join our growing team at RMNL Brands. This individual will work closely with the Director of Sales + Education to provide high quality education for our B2B customer channels as well as schools and franchises via in person and virtual environments. This individual will help drive sales, build brand loyalty and support
Sanitas skincare initiatives through education and points of differentiation in the marketplace. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for planning, coordinating and creating best in class training that is engaging and focused on enhancing relationships and business with Sanitas customers. The Skincare Education Manager will help support the onboarding of new customers, provide resources to grow existing businesses and develop tools as directed by the Director of Sales
+ Education. In addition, this individual is responsible for developing and creating education content in an effort to stay innovative in the aesthetics industry and to expand the reach of Sanitas in the marketplace. What We Expect – Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and leading a comprehensive education plan for RMNL brands that is robust and best in class. The sales-focused educational program and training tools should focus on skin expertise, selling skills and brand/product knowledge for the professional market
• Execute strategies to support sales and brand equity across all written content and as executed by Sales Team
• Lead the strategic direction for the training team. Ensure content and live trainings meet the needs of the brand
• Act as the key training contact for strategic customers, attend customer meetings as needed and work with the sales team to create strategic education plans by channel
• Oversee execution of training needs across multiple platforms / users: o Internal team needs – effective implementation of onboarding and ongoing training o External needs – effective implementation of seasonal and product launch trainings, mandatory programs and skincare certifications, customer specific business development training, and other courses as directed o Digital training – effective implementation of digital strategies to support B2B learning through social media, eLearning portals, livestream and virtual consultations o Education & Training Tools – create and execute quality tools and resources in partnership with Director of Sales + Education

• Lead and implement a training tracking system to measure the impact of our training programs, from a qualitative and quantitative approach
• Manage the eLearning Library from creation to maintenance for all pre-recorded classes, webinars, tutorials, social media and website digital assets
• Manages Sanitas training calendar for all B2B account needs and proactively engages participation and desired outcomes as directed by the Director of Sales + Education
• Acts as a Sanitas brand expert through professional ability to present and train customers on product line, features and benefits, points of differentiation and sales techniques
• Creates positive and lasting relationships with our Spa, Med Spa, School and Franchise partners and looks for opportunities to strengthen relationships to further drive sales and satisfaction
• Supports project work to assist in driving sales and providing assistance to accounts including events, launches, trade shows and anything else directed by the Director of Sales + Education
• Looks for business opportunities from customer interactions and competition and shares ideas with Director of Sales + Education
• Uphold the Company Mission and Values in word and action everyday both inside and outside

RMNL Brands. Acts as professional representation of RMNL Brands in all situations.

• Participates in meetings, travel, projects any other work activities as assigned

What We’re Looking for – Qualifications:

• 5 or more years in an educational role – B2B preferred
• Curriculum + education content development experience
• Experience supporting multiple channels within the aesthetics/skincare industry: Spa, Med

Spa, Franchise and Schools

• Consumer Products experience required – skin care preferred
• Active Esthetician license required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Training preferred
• Motivated by building customer relationships and providing support
• Proficient with common computer programs including MS Office and CRM
• Ability to multi-task and switch focus quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including high level of attention to detail, sound grammar and factual information
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
• Strong ability to present to business owners, Estheticians and medical staff
• Ability to overcome obstacles and solve problems for customer
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet assigned deadlines
• Ability to travel to customer locations for training which could include a variable schedule

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen
• The employee is required to sit for long periods of time, as well as frequently standing and walking. Use of hands, arms and fingers necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to travel to customer locations, trade show and events up to 75% of the time

Compensation:

• Target starting pay – $65,000
