To support this phase, a new and unique opportunity for a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Talent Leader is available.

Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, as part of the HR Support Services Team this role will lead and deliver the talent acquisition process including employer branding; sourcing strategies initiatives to drive a quality talent pipeline; oversee talent planning processes; & manage our internal talent cohorts. This opportunity is suited to a creative & strategic thinker who understands what it takes to find the right people & create a great candidate experience. Working with our Leadership Capability team you will also need to understand & drive the process of the talent reviews to identify emerging leaders. You will need to be a trusted advisor and demonstrate successful business partnering at senior leadership levels.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities, include:

• Develop and implement innovative approaches to delivering high quality, cost effective acquisition strategies
• Work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to develop tools, guides, training materials and resources that support selection processes
• Lead the recruitment of scholarship entrants & interns’ campaign by partnering with senior leaders and universities, managing all graduate recruitment events and offerings
• Form a small talent acquisition team and strong partnership with our Services team to promote engagement and improve process efficiency
• Maximising the use of a talent acquisition platform with associated third party products
• Lead the talent review and succession planning process across the business, working with key HR partners to identify key skill deficiencies and gaps for talent.
• Drive continuous improvement of the recruitment & selection process across the business, strengthening internal and external relationships and feedback
• Work with the HR leadership team on making the HR function high performing across the business

The right candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies
• A strong understanding and use of talent acquisition & third-party systems & providers
• High quality outcomes
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• A sense of being a team player who can work collaboratively across groups
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
