The Role

We are looking for a Finance all-rounder to provide support in a variety of areas within our wider Financial Accounting team. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Daily bank deposit processing.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable support including managing a portfolio of accounts.
• Master data maintenance for suppliers and customers including rebates & product pricing arrangements.
• Assisting with audit enquiries.
• Monthly ATO GST/BAS preparation.
• Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Administration support for expense management software and corporate credit cards.
• Assistance with Fixed Asset creation.
• Ad hoc project work.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years related practical experience preferred.
• Completion or studying towards an Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification would be advantageous.
• Exposure to large ERP accounting systems (ideally SAP, ReadSoft, eftsure).
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Sound data input skills.
• High level accuracy and good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills.
