Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Analyst is primarily responsible for managing the Sanford Talent Bridge and Talent Acquisition data analysis. Talent Bridge responsibilities include interviewing new graduates in partnership with operations, as well as managing the tactical Talent Bridge tasks such as PTO approvals, employee questions, and coaching & mentoring of new grads.
Responsible for recruitment projections for the Talent Bridge, pay-for-performance data analysis, and overall recruitment performance metrics through workforce segments and key data sets to accurately forecast. Measure, monitor, and provide reporting and action planning to Talent Strategy and Recruitment Operations Leadership. Solid understanding of the recruitment function. Ability to manage multiple projects in an efficient and organized manner. Expert analytical and reporting skills. Experience with performance metrics and balanced scorecards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in leadership or data analysis.
