Job Summary
The Sourcing Strategist will support the creation and deployment of sourcing strategies defined by the calendar year strategies. Manages the content, messaging and execution of campaigns and programs in collaboration with other members of the physician recruitment department. Analyzes campaigns and programs and provides clear recommendations. Additional responsibilities include physician recruitment responsibilities such as sourcing candidates through networking, social media, professional organizations, job boards, etc., followed by initiating and follow-through with candidate interviews from the initial phone screen to job offer/execution of agreement, if applicable. Ensures messaging is consistent in terms of clarity, quality, tone and style. Executes and optimizes digital recruitment strategies. Supports assessment and deployment of new methods and tools including employer branding.. Builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors, senior leaders, legal department, department chair and community leaders. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, and effective communication skills (verbal and written). Physician recruitment duties include scheduling of phone screenings, interviews, and presenting candidate information to appropriate departments. Implements projects as assigned and assists with other office duties. Knowledge of various medical specialties as well as how to evaluate a Curriculum Vitae (CV Travel required for site visits, educational conferences, career fairs, recruitment physician specialty conferences, and other business meetings and activities. Work hours vary according to recruitment visits and physician schedules.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or related field.
Minimum four years related experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of recruitment processes, policies, technology and trends. Project management and organizational skills
Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential preferred.
