With expansive cold and dry storage facilities and a large modern fleet of commercial vehicles servicing customers within the metropolitan and regional areas of Western Australia.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Sands Fridge Lines are seeking a Graduate Accountant to assist our Finance department on a full-time permanent basis.

Key responsibilities for the role include but not limited to:

• Freight checking on consignment notes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data captured by the processing team
• Applying rate tariffs to consignment notes
• Processing invoices for distribution on a weekly basis
• Clearing outstanding issues on customer accounts on the ERP system
• Attending to customer invoicing queries
• Filing of freight documents
• Any other duties as assigned by the team leader

To be considered for the role, it is essential you have:

• A formal Australian recognised degree in Accounting and Finance
• Intermediate to advanced skills across Windows-based programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable to work successfully in a fast-paced and evolving working environment
• The drive and passion to achieve personal and company goals
• Demonstrated knowledge and competency in finance, accounting and business processes and systems
• Eligibility to work in Australia without restriction
