$116,600 – $229,500

• Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant STEM subject area (e.g. electrical, computer, or software engineering related fields) plus 5 years of related experience, or Master’s degree in relevant STEM subject area plus 1 year of related experience; or equivalent education and engineering or scientific experience and/or achievements that demonstrate the knowledge, skills and ability to perform independent research and development
• Demonstrated experience with Java and Typescript
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOE Q and SCI security clearances

• Demonstrable experience with Tomcat/Glassfish – Java, JavaScript, JSP, HTML5/CSS, JQuery, Spring MVC
• Expertise with Test-driven development and test methodologies
• Proficiency with any of the following: Apache Karaf, Apache Camel, Mina/Netty, OSGI, JMX, JDBC, Apache Aries, Log4J2, Apache CXF
• Experience with Relational Databases (e.g., Oracle PL/SQL, SQLite) and Not Only SQL (e.g. NoSQL, Cassandra)
• Existing DOE Q, DOD Top Secret and/or SCI clearances (or equivalent)
