Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + very strong benefits package

Length: 12 months, with the potential to go permanent

This is a fully remote role, initially 12 months with the possibility of being made permanent and would suit an individual who would like a varied role as part of a growing HR team.

Responsibilities

On-boarding of new starters, off-boarding of leavers and raising IT tickets with Helpdesk when required

Management of the pre-engagement screening process

Management or HR information system

Working closely with employees to answer HR queries

Providing support to the HR director for specialised projects and the development of processes

Required Experience

Experience working in an HR department

Excellent organisational and project skills

Strong communication and relationship building skills

Experience with HR administration and databases like Sapphire (SAP) or similar is desirable

Experience working in a financial services environment is desirable
