Responsibilities Include:
Act as the escalation point for employee queries regarding HR policies and processes
Work collaboratively within HR team providing support for benefits, recruitment, reward and learning activity
Responsible for all administration aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, new starter and induction processes, development, internal changes, engagement, reward and the leaver experience
Assist HRBP’s to support managers on programs such as Employee Wellbeing, Welfare meetings, disciplinary and grievance cases
Accountable for accurate monthly payroll and reward cyclical activity
Actively identify, promote, and deliver continuous improvement in our HR processes and system functions
Day to day supervision of HR Assistants, supporting them to manage HR mailboxes, trackers and allocation of work along with ensuring the HR Assistants maintain compliance and regulatory processes
Required:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a HR Department in a similar position
Experience of providing HR admin support across the employee lifecycle
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Exposure to SAGE would be advantageous but is not essential
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Based in central Dundee and offering a mixture of office and remote working, this position is paying up to £25,000 dependent upon experience.
