Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, experience in Talent Acquisition, and a passion for people. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruiting process by preparing materials, coordinating schedules/interviews, and staying in touch with candidates to keep up with our high volume demand. As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll not only have a hand in growing the company but have the ability to learn from some amazing professionals to help grow your career.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review applicant resumes to identify and refine down the most qualified candidates from talent pool

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including reviewing candidates, screening calls, and scheduling interviews for internal positions

• Organize and maintain records of recruiting materials, including interview notes, applicant status during hiring process, and other related paperwork

• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Manager & Recruiters to identify the needs of the department

• Other duties as assigned

• Prepare and attend recruitment events or other related projects, providing assistance to help build candidate pool

• Assist with pulling lists, setting up interview reminders, and following up with individuals via email and/or thank you cards

• Review team scholarship videos, updating the system throughout the process; make assessments based on provided criteria & submit approvals/rejections

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office Applications Experience: 2 years (Required)

• Administrative Support: 1 year (Required)

• Talent Acquisition Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

• Real Estate Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
