Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sandata is looking to add a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to our Human Resources Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to implement and manage effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse group of talented candidates for our company.

This position is remote and the candidate can sit anywhere in the United States. When our new headquarters reopens on Long Island, employees within commuting distance will have the opportunity to schedule workdays in the office.

What you will do:

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and define roles, develop detailed and accurate job description and hiring criteria
• Utilize our advanced ATS and leverage our website career page, referral groups, job boards and social media to build and maintain a highly qualified and diverse pipeline of talent.
• Leverage companywide network to generate referrals
• Leverage networking events to generate new opportunities
• Post open jobs, screen applications and identify qualified candidates.
• Manage the interview process: schedule interviews, conduct interviews, and attend interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the hiring managers and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Collaborate and negotiate on offers of employment.
• Coordinate the onboarding process
• Maintain weekly recruiting report, support job requisition process, and create recruiting analytics. Responsible for maintaining and tracking recruiting budget.
• Manage agency relationships
• Work with the Human Resources team to make the best employee experience at Sandata, become an ambassador of Sandata
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Ensure security of personal health information (PHI) and report any violations or observations to management

What you will bring:

• At least 5 years of related recruiting experience, with prior experience in technical roles is a plus
• Some experience and understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related technical, human resources, or business field preferred
• PHR, SHRM-CP or Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential preferred
• Well versed with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
• Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
