Here at San Carlo Group, we are looking for a HR Assistant to join our HR Team on a full-time, permanent basis to really help make a difference.

The HR Assistant role will be based in our Manchester Head Office, located in Manchester City Centre. The successful candidate will be working in team of four, reporting to the Head of HR.

The main role and responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

· Liaising with hiring manager and senior operations team to identify recruitment needs.

· Recruitment on-boarding process approvals.

· Collating & analysing candidate applications and sending to relevant managers.

· Writing meeting minutes for HR meetings.

· Writing references and generating letters from templates.

· Assisting in investigations and other generalist HR support as required.

· Compiling contracts, sending offer letters.

· Shadowing the HR Advisors and undertaking advisory work in their absence.

· Uploading documents to the system and support sites to use system effectively.

· Maintaining the HR system and keeping all profiles and records up to date.

Key Requirements:

· Ability to manage own workload.

· Ability to build sound relationships with key stakeholders in payroll, HR and operations.

· Previous Administration experience.

· Preferrable experience in an HR shared service environment.

· Preferred experience in the hospitality or retail sectors.

Salary: £22,000.00 per year
