Summary
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving improvement activities utilizing Lean business principles. The continuous improvement manager assesses, monitor, and enhance business performance for our organization. Also analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance. The Continuous Improvement Manager will identify and quantify opportunities to offset financial challenges such as cost savings initiatives based upon opportunities in Material , Labor and Overhead of our controllable COGS (Cost of goods sold) an interact with all of the departments in order to accomplish cost savings targets as well as create a full year kaizen calendar in order to accomplish current goals and also to build the expected pipeline of savings for next calendar year. This individual will lead, facilitate, manage, and support in the improvement and redesign of processes and procedures utilizing various improvement methods and tools. Responsible for the development, implementation, and on-going assessment of the process improvement program. The Continuous Improvement Manager focus is on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments. The position will create process change by working with business leaders to help standardize and document business processes and to support continuous improvement throughout the enterprise using accepted frameworks, disciplines, and practices.

The base annual pay range for this position is $97,520 – $134,090. If you are hired, your base pay rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.
