Samet Corporation is seeking a Talent Recruiter to partner with hiring managers in the region and focus on strategic hiring needs.
As Talent Recruiter for Samet Corporation, you will be the face and voice of our company. You’ll build relationships with top talent and industry leaders from the executive level to entry level, and all points in-between. We are a growing, entrepreneurial construction company and we build exciting projects. We’ve doubled our size in just a few years, with strategic plans for continued growth. We started in Greensboro, but we have offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington, Savannah and Charleston. Your work in talent sourcing and acquisition will be the foundation of our future success!
As our Talent Recruiter, you:

• Like to build strong relationships with a large number of people
• Can both “work the phones” and “work a crowd”

• Build relationships that make an incredibly positive difference for everyone
• Understand that the best career decisions take time and are built on relationships of trust and communication
• Are a great conversationalist but structure your approach so that others do most of the talking (while you listen and learn!)

Your responsibilities and leadership will include

• Collaborating with hiring managers and executives to understand talent needs
• Sourcing potential candidates for current and future positions
• Building an external community of great, talented people excited about future Samet opportunities
• Creating a pipeline of entry level talent through ongoing relationships and engagement with key universities and school programs
• Assisting candidates through the initial stages of the hiring process
