Title: Junior IT Analyst

Location: Clifton Park, NY

Duration: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Energy Management System (EMS) and SCADA system standards

• Maintain OSI system interfaces to include DNP, Modbus, ICCP, weather apps and others

• Modify databases and displays as required

• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled operations

• Provide project support for system upgrades and software additions including specification and proposal reviews, vendor negotiations and system testing

• Perform periodic performance ing to support capacity planning

Required Education, Experience and Skills

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with power systems course work

• Must have knowledge of computer programming or power systems

• Self-motivated, disciplined and possess effective skills necessary for job

• Good communication skills

• Able to work for any employer without a visa sponsorship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Clifton park , NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
