As a Sourcer – your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
• Partner with Recruiters to manage, develop and execute on effective and efficient sourcing strategies.
• Find, engage and activate passive candidates using various search techniques.
• Serve as an ambassador for Samaritan as the initial point of contact with candidates through outreach and initial phone screens to determine fit.
• Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
• Recommend and drive improvements that impact recruiting strategy.

Qualifications

• You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a search firm, agency or in-house recruiting team

• 2+ years of experience:
• Applying sourcing best practices, sourcing for diverse candidates and using sourcing as a tool to help drive talent acquisition initiatives.
• Working in a team environment, managing multiple staffing priorities and providing strong consultative skills to our business teams throughout the search process.
• Using Applicant Tracking Systems/Candidate Relationship Management tools such as Healthcare Source, Taleo, Workday, Smashfly, etc.
• Using Boolean Search, CRM Tools, LinkedIn, Indeed resume, etc
• Interviewing and interpersonal skills screening for both technical and cultural qualities.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience sourcing talent in one or more of the following areas: Acute Care, Healthcare Insurance, Technology
• Experience doing full cycle recruiting
• HR or Recruiting Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,200.00 – $89,400.00 per year
