This position is hybrid-remote after training period, with regular on-site meetings required. Must reside in Oregon.

This position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus with a 2 year commitment.

Samaritan Health Services is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong interpersonal, organizational and computer skills to join our team! Located in beautiful Corvallis, Oregon this position performs full-cycle recruiting and hiring for an integrated healthcare system with a total of 6,000 employees. Successful candidate will have either a relevant Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) years recent experience in a dedicated human resources or staffing role or four (4) years recent experience in human resources or staffing.

Experience and/or training with computer applications required and experience with an electronic applicant tracking system strongly preferred.
