COO Administrative Assistant

Works closely with: COO and SA staff

Skills/Qualifications required: administrative, communication skills, computer proficiency, team player, ability to multi-task, willingness to take notes in various meetings, time-management skills, detail skills, organizational skills, have a working knowledge of the work of Samaritan Aviation, and interpersonal skills

Job Purpose: The Administrative Assistant will perform more than administrative tasks and will often be the COO’s “right-hand person” who enables the COO to advance company initiatives and goals. They filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the COO’s role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participates in various missions, ministry, and administrative projects
• Creates and organizes various events and meetings involving national and international participants
• Attending specified meetings, on few occasions participating in events that may require travel
• Gathers and organizes information that aids in the work and ministry of Samaritan Aviation
• Assists the COO in communicating to vendors, supporters, missionaries, staff, and board members when needed
• Willingness to learn certain software Samaritan Aviation uses to conduct missions and administration
• Must live in Phoenix (Preferably in the East Valley area)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

• Mesa, AZ 85215: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
