Sam Ash Music is hiring Customer Service associates for its online division. Are you savvy with computers and passionate about helping musicians? We are looking for Musicians and Gear heads that have a strong knowledge of musical instruments and are familiar with the gear we sell on Samash.com.

As a Call/ Web Chat Representative you will work for an inbound/outbound internet call center to answer customers questions regarding their order status, assistance with returns, and similar situations that would allow you to provide exceptional customer service. You must be comfortable calling and conversing with many customers throughout your shift.

As a Customer Service agent, you are to provide the very best service possible to ensure that our customers are treated to a great experience on every phone call. If you love making music and helping others, we’d love to speak to you.

Ability to skillfully access and navigate the Internet to obtain source information, etc. MUST be experienced surfing the Internet, navigating web pages. The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, and flexibility for scheduling during operating hours (including weekends and holidays).

The ability to navigate multiple applications in a windows environment Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Minimum of one year experience in the field or in a related area;
