You will be part of our People Team, working closely with different regional teams within SaltPay. Your Mission
You will be responsible for building SaltPay’s future by attracting and hiring the best people to aid our expansion.
You will build relationships with company leaders, find innovative solutions to their most pressing hiring needs, and make prospective candidates fall in love with the work that we do. You will understand the hiring needs of multiple departments of SaltPay and deliver amazing talent to fill those gaps.
Your mission will not just be about improving our talent pool, but also working alongside leaders to develop hiring strategies that best serve their needs. You will have a deep understanding of the systems in place, improve hiring processes, and be the trusted recruiter to your assigned departments. You will be proactive in your discussions, anticipate hiring needs before they become pressing, and enforce best interviewing practice around the company.

You take initiative and thrive in uncomfortable situations. You find creative solutions, respond well under pressure, and are willing to engage problems outside the scope of your job when necessary. Fluency in English is a requirement. Fluency in additional European languages is a strong preference.
