What is your mission?
You will be responsible for building SaltPay’s future by attracting and hiring the best people.
You will represent the company at hiring events, find creative ways of increasing our exposure, and make prospective candidates fall in love with the work that we do. You will understand the hiring needs of multiple departments of SaltPay and deliver amazing talent to fulfil those gaps in intellectual capital.
Your mission will not just be about invigorating our talent pool, but also to work alongside leaders to develop hiring strategies that best serve their needs. The point of this exercise is to provide the tools that leaders need to bring in the best people at the fastest rate possible. You will have a deep understanding of the systems in place, improve hiring processes, and be the trusted recruiter to your assigned departments. You will be proactive in your discussions, anticipate hiring needs before they become pressing, and disseminate best interviewing practice around the company.

Fluency in English is a requirement. Fluency in additional European languages is a preference.
