Reporting to the CEO, this will be a busy and diverse Generalist role with a focus on developing and managing the company culture and values which are at the core of our organisation’s success.

We will be looking to you to lend your strategic and operational expertise to the team on all people-related matters. As a true ‘people person’ with an intense passion for supporting great teams and helping them thrive, you be working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and responsible for a number of key areas including:

• Providing timely and accurate HR/ER/IR advice to managers and employees
• Providing consistent support, coaching, mentoring to leaders and team members to maintain effective working relationships
• Delivery of all HR generalist activities over the employee lifecycle
• Delivery and maintenance of recognition and rewards program
• Recruitment and Workforce Planning
• Training, Development and Performance Management
• Remuneration and Benefits
• Safety & Compliance

This role will suit a skilled Human Resources Practitioner who is an excellent communicator, adept at developing effective relationships, and has a strong focus on providing high quality customer service through a proactive approach.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a generalist HR role, with a proven track record in delivering contemporary Human Resources practices. A tertiary qualification in Business, HR or similar will be highly regarded.
