Salt Recruitment Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator – APAC Job at Sydney Full Time

About the Company / Role

This iconic global company is going through major growth in Sydney for the APAC hub.

With this growth, there will be an opening for a new Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Reporting to Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be supporting 3 x TA Parnters with administration/ QA checks & customer service to ultimately give candidates a great experience with their recruitment journey.

This is a great company with exceptional values towards, and you will have the autonomy to put your own stamp on this however the main accountabilities for this role is as follows: –

• Provide administration support to the 3 TAs in an effective and timely manner

• Arrange & administer on average up to 50 interviews a week for the TAs

• Administer and assist with innovative recruitment strategies

• Delivering best practice with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Ensure that you have a great positive high touch candidate experience while engaging with all stakeholders and candidates

• Manage & coordinate the interview process

• Provide all preemployment checks and administer accurately during process

• Distribute contracts with accuracy with partnering with legal, Ta’s and other stakeholders

• Prepare reports where required and other ad hoc duties

• Take on projects and other workload where required.

About you

We are open to applicants that have got at least one year in a similar role. If you haven’t worked in a recruitment or TA environment, we are looking for quick learners who enjoys working with tight deadlines, providing exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders & strong administration compliance. This is a fast-paced role in a very busy TA team for APAC. You will be results orientated and demonstrate high attention to detail, be positive upbeat personality, be able to work outside of normal work hours to accommodate your stakeholders in APAC.

Offering $80 – $90 K + super (negotiable with experience)

Please note that this is a 12-month contract, and maybe extended. Also, you will be paid weekly and there will be accrual of annual leave days.
