Even though this is a contract role, we are looking for a senior level recruiter who is exceptional and delivering end-to-end responsibility for identifying, attracting, and onboarding talent to meet changing organisational needs efficiently and effectively. This includes the development, integration, and maintenance of policies, processes, programs, tools, reporting, and governance, and coordinating the operational delivery of core talent resourcing/recruitment services.

Parramatta, NSW based

$650 + super per day, you can work from home too (hybrid)

This is you?

• You are a well-respected and customer-centric recruitment advisor. Highly collaborative, flexible, responsive, and supportive to consistently meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.

• Provide dependable and consistent advice to all stakeholders on the most appropriate methods of undertaking recruitment assignments to ensure compliance with relevant NSW Public Sector recruitment policies, practices, and statutory requirements.

• You have an eye for detail. You are naturally inclined to identify potential issues and consistently seek to optimise outcomes readily. Always perform with the highest standards of integrity, public scrutiny, and governance.

• You are a highly effective negotiator and communicator. You are a highly effective communicator and active listener, and through these skills, you readily identify and navigate the needs and requirements of all stakeholders.
