Salient Hiring for Senior Digital Marketing Lead at Australia Full Time

Client

High gowth B2B tech company in the low code space. Their leading platform enables companies to build and take software to market faster. This role will be first on the ground in region so requires someone comfortable with hands on execution but also able to build a strategy for scalability.

• Drive digital demand creation: Plan and implement campaigns to acquire leads for new customers through various channels, including digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and partnerships.
• Sales automation driving Lead Generation and Conversion Optimisation: Continuously analyse and optimise conversion funnels, landing pages to improve user engagement, retention, and conversion rate. Implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture potential B2B customers, optimising the sales funnel and increasing conversion rates. Analyse lead data and user behaviour to refine strategies and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis: Utilise data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and lead conversion efforts within the B2B space. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance analysis to optimise strategies and achieve goals continuously.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, service, and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy in growth initiatives.
• Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the B2B tech sector to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and refine marketing strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience within a digital marketing manager role, within B2B (ideally tech)
• Ability to design and implement a digital marketing strategy in line with growth goals
• Comfortable with hands on execution (as will be solo in the region) and leveraging agencies where appropriate
• Strong track record in digital paid channels (particularly LinkedIn and SEM)
• Highly analytical with ability to draw insights and make recommendations
• Opportunity to build a team down the track so mentorship/leadership experience preferred
