Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The Salesperson will identify and engage prospective clients, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and close sales deals to meet company targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include market analysis, client outreach, preparation of sales proposals, and handling customer inquiries. The role also involves tracking sales performance and providing feedback to improve strategies and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients
• Proficiency in market analysis, customer outreach, and sales presentation
• Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with the food industry, particularly in meat and poultry products, is an asset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or sales-related software is preferred
• Bilingual in English and French is a strong advantage
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Greater Montreal Area
