Job Description

Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture. This role requires working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC & Aura).
• Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and sandbox environments.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Maintain technical documentation and system architecture designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party tools).
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Platform Developer I / II
  • Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, etc.).
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
