The Role

As the sole Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to help the company thrive.

You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to fulfill those needs.

Your role will be integral in shaping our team’s composition and success, and will involve a strong leadership aspect as the team continues to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities :

• Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing : Conduct initial candidate screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Candidate Assessment : Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and potential by conducting skills tests, reference checks, and background checks.
• Job Posting : Create and manage job postings on company websites, job boards, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, discuss job requirements, and refine job descriptions.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Compliance : Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment processes.
• Networking : Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to expand the candidate pool.
• ing : Generate recruitment s and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruiting process and make data-driven improvements.
• Occasional travel to University of Wyoming to maintain strong referral partnership and attend job fairs and career fairs for recruitment

The Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in a high-volume environment
• Proven experience with creating and implementing processes and taking on leadership responsibilities
• Familiarity with current recruiting and HR software and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

• $70k+ salary, depending on experience
