Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

● Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance and supportfor their professional development.

● Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encouragesknowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Project Management:

● Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data science projects tomeet organisational goals and objectives.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirementsand translate them into actionable data science initiatives.Data Analysis and Modeling:

● Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for predictiveanalytics, recommendation systems, and other relevant applications, ensuring they align with and contribute to the achievement of business targets.

● Conduct in-depth analyses of user patterns and behaviors to deriveactionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for marketing and retention strategies.

● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify keyperformance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Strategic Planning and Execution

:● Develop and execute a comprehensive data roadmap that supports theorganisation’s short-term and long-term business targets.

● Prioritise and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the data team’stasks and projects are closely aligned with business priorities and contributeto the platform’s continuous improvement.

● Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveragingdata in marketing campaigns, user experience enhancements, and overallbusiness strategy.Collaboration:

● Work closely with other departments, including product development,engineering, and marketing, to integrate data science solutions into variousaspects of our products and services.Quality Assurance:

● Implement best practices for data quality assurance and validation to ensurethe accuracy and reliability of models and analyses.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience (6+) in data science, with a focus on machine learning, predictivemodelling, and data analysis, demonstrating a track record of achieving business objectives.

● Strong business mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionablestrategies for marketing, user retention, and overall business success.

● Previous leadership or management experience leading a team of data scientists,emphasising a results-oriented and business-driven approach.
