About The SDR Role

  • Conduct research to identify prospects
  • Generate new business opportunities from inbound and outbound leads
  • Use a mixture of outreach methods including cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
  • Attend external conferences and events
  • Nurture warm leads
  • Stay up to date with changes and challenges in the sector
  • Focused on high education

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) or other relevant sales optimization tools
  • Experience working in a dynamic and challenging, growing environment
  • Solid understanding of the web, enterprise, and SaaS technologies
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong work ethic – willing to put in the work
  • Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Responsiveness and thorough follow-up with customers and prospects
  • Strong phone presence, comfortable with high-volume, outbound cold calling
