Primary Function: Support the sales team with the administration of Salesforce.com. Prepare, maintain and create corporate presentations as needed. Assist with BA presentations and month-end analysis. Complete special projects as needed for senior management. Develop new marketing strategies and conduct market research for new product launches.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain and develop Salesforce.com for the TPA Sales team
  • Create reports and dashboards for accurate and efficient reporting
  • Develop new functions and features for continued improvement and usability for the sales team.
  • Attend 5 day Salesforce administrator course
• Become familiar with TFN Daily Sales reports and month-end closeout procedures
  • Serve as backup for Financial Analyst on the daily sales reporting
  • Rebate reconciliations
  • Resin calculations
• Create and Maintain Corporate Presentations
  • Continue to develop and update corporate presentations, product presentations, etc. with updated information as needed
  • Assist sales teams with presentation development for customer and internal meetings
  • Assist with BA presentation development and reporting
• Assist NPD Product Manager with marketing campaigns
  • Email marketing to existing contacts
  • Create ways to reach out to existing customers
• Become familiar with Sales Rep functions
  • Understand End-User Selling, Rebates, Technical Specification, Cost Modeling, Etc.
  • Understand Converter Selling: Pricing, Rebates, A/R& Inventory Management
  • Become familiar with PET Pkg. Product Line
  • Work with Product Manager on NPD Volume metrics
• Continue development and launch of the OPP Spec Database
  • Working closely with NPD Product Manager to continue development
  • Launch Database to TFN management.
• Development of new marketing techniques for TPA
  • Trade show planning and marketing
  • Email marketing through Salesforce
• Manage Travel& Entertainment Expenses s needed
  • Coordination of monthly payments for the sales team
  • Reporting of expenses versus departmental budgets

• Perform all other duties assigned

Skills& Qualifications Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and time management skills
• High Degree of Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes
• Expertise in SAP R3 helpful but not absolutely required

Education& Experience Required:

• 4-year college degree, preferably in a Business discipline (Accounting, Finance, Marketing)
• 2 to 3 years related business experience desired but not absolutely required
