About the Role

We have grown 520% over the last year and the constant evolution and scale of the business has created new functions, systems and processes to support its growth.

To aid the further growth of the business, we are looking for an accounts receivable/ payable administrator to add to our finance team. As an account receivable/payable administrator you will be responsible for managing outgoing bills and customer invoices.

The role will be a remote position, however, the ideal candidate will be based in the West of England to align with the current finance team based in South Wales and Gloucestershire.

➔ Raising and processing multi-currency customer invoices

➔ Handling customer queries

➔ Assisting with debtor collections

➔ Reviewing supplier invoices

➔ Paying supplier invoices in multiple currencies

➔ Balancing of bank accounts on a daily basis

➔ Other ad hoc duties

➔ Experience of using an accounting system
