Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Sales Head – Filter Bags and Cages. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, manage and grow customer accounts, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, managing sales operations, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. Collaborating with internal teams, you will contribute to achieving the organization’s goals by demonstrating a deep understanding of customer requirements and industry trends.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong industry experience in:
• Filter Bags
• Bag Cages
• Dust Collection Systems
• Air Pollution Control Equipment
• Industrial Filtration Solutions
🔹 Preferred Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years in industrial filtration
• Existing relationships within cement, steel, power, mining, ferro alloy, and process industries
• Strong understanding of baghouse systems and filtration applications
• Proven sales and business development track record
• Engineering background preferred
🔹 Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional team management skills to mentor, supervise, and lead diverse sales teams
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
