A successful Customer Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of retention and customer satisfaction. Within this role you will work with customers to deliver an exceptional experience, from on-boarding through renewal. This role offers strong visibility and room for career advancement.

• Currently remote, we provide home office equipment reimbursement and all necessary tech equipment. Our home office is located in Waltham, MA, we are just minutes off 95. Our business complex offers ample free parking, on-site dining & a fitness center
• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

A Day in the Life…

• Become the main point of contact/trusted advisor with your clients from on-boarding through renewal
• Develop and maintain relationships with main users and key stakeholders
• Proactively check in with accounts to ensure usage and adoption
• Ensure clients are well versed in Salary.com’s existing offerings and keep them informed of new/future product enhancements
• Identify and close cross-sell opportunities to expand Salary.com’s footprint
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Sales, Marketing and Product Management to ensure a consistently positive customer experience
• Identify at risk renewals and collaborate with internal teams to secure them
• Monitor and drive account health and adoption with customers for overall success
• Capture client feedback and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and share best practices with team members to enhance the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of our overall customer success strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years in a customer facing role with a successful track record in exceeding goals in client retention, expansion and satisfaction
• Desire to develop customer service skills and grow your career in the technology industry
• Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
