Our team is looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Program Manager – Conversion to monitor and track conversion rates along the customer journey, report conversion metrics on a regular basis, analyze conversion data, and work with product owners and business teams to develop project plans to increase conversion rates.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; Master’s degree in engineering or business preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software program or product management
• Proven track record of driving programs
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Strong organizational and people skills, successful track record of coordinating between multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of strong delivery of results by working both independently and collaboratively with teams as appropriate.

As The Senior Program Manager, Conversion you will:

• Define clear requirements for conversion rate metrics reporting and tracking
• Monitor, track, and report website conversion rate metrics on regular basis
• Identify conversion rate drivers
• Work with product owners and technical teams to identify and develop features and technologies to increase conversion rates
