What This Position Is All About:

The Merchandising Recruiter is an innovative, strategic, and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner at Saks OFF 5TH. This person is responsible for managing the recruitment efforts across North America for all roles within the Corporate Merchandising.

You Also Have:

• Undergraduate degree and/or college diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking system (Taleo highly preferred)
• Experience with high volume corporate recruitment, leading searches across multiple functions and all levels within an organization (entry-level to leadership)
• Proven results influencing and collaborating in a matrix organization, partnering with all levels of the organization including senior leadership
• Experience recruiting in the digital space, including technical and analytical searches
• Combination of both in-house corporate recruitment experience and agency recruitment experience preferred

As The Merchandising Recruiter , you will:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: This includes, but is not limited to research, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, qualifying, offer negotiation and placement management for roles across all levels within the organization (entry-level to senior leadership).
• Build strong internal relationships: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop, recommend, and implement recruitment strategies and programs. Build and present reporting analytics and talent maps for challenging searches.
• Develop external relationships: Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles and present findings to key business leaders and HR Business Partners. Attend career fairs, networking events and learning seminars, and act as a brand ambassador representing Saks OFF 5TH.
• Maintain top results and strive for excellence: Always meet or exceed recruiting metrics set out for the Talent Acquisition team. Ensure the consistent hiring of exceptional, diverse talent.
• Identify opportunities: Participate as an active member of the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with the development and execution of the Talent Acquisition strategic plans and goals.
