Saks OFF 5TH Hiring for Manager, People Analytics at New York, New York Full Time

What This Position Is All About:

The position involves working as part of a dynamic, creative, service-obsessed, and hardworking team. The Manager, People Analytics will play an integral role in bringing our HRIS data to life and delivering impactful insights and analytics to stakeholders across the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, HRIS reporting, trend analysis, benchmarking, compensation modeling, and complex data delivery. This position will also involve supporting various HR Services initiatives.

Who Are You:

• 3+ years of data analytics related work experience
• Strong PC skills including a high proficiency/expert level in Microsoft Excel and Access (Formulas, lookups, macros, Power Query, etc…) and working knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, especially in situations with incomplete or missing information.
• Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy.
• Strong follow-through skills, able to take project from start to finish, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal, written and analytical communication skills to enable work with all levels of the organization.
• Sound knowledge of Finance and Human Resource activities and procedures is preferred.
• Self-starter, highly organized and able to produce high quality work under pressure.
• Able to work in strict confidence.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and utilizing limited resources to maximum capacity.

As The Manager, People Analytics you will:

• Provide internal support to the Total Rewards and broader HR team with HRIS reporting, analytics, and insights.
• Provide support to external functions such as finance and legal and partner with finance to develop efficient collaborative data process.
• Provide internal training and education to stakeholders, allowing the use of data to be more impactful.
• Partner with key external vendors to supply high quality data for Total Rewards projects.
• Lead special projects as required.
